We are only 10 minutes west from Surrey, 15 minutes north east from Richmond (Vancouver International Airport), 15 minutes south east from Vancouver, 30 minutes north from the ferries to Victoria, 30 minutes south of North Vancouver and to the ferries en route to Nanaimo and 30 minutes west of Langley.
